Henning is responsible for the Avanade business in Norway as Country Manager, a role he took over in February 2017. Henning joined Avanade in 2008 as Nordic Finance Director, and has held various roles in the Nordic business, latest as COO and Capability lead. He has 20 years’ experience, primarily from Professional services and Retail. Prior to joining Avanade he was CFO in Nielsen, and has extensive consulting experience from Cap Gemini and daVinci Consulting, both in management and consulting roles.

Anna Di Silverio, president of Avanade Europe, is responsible for guiding strategy, business operations, talent development, sales and delivery across Europe. Anna has a deep commitment to building a diverse and inclusive workforce, supporting our collaborative partnership with Accenture and Microsoft, and providing our clients with innovative digital and cloud services, business solutions and design-led experiences within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Roberta Capellini is a behavioural scientist and design researcher. Actually, she is the Service Design Lead of the Milan Digital Innovation Studio at Avanade Italy. In her role, she integrates research and science-based insights to develop services that support desired cognitive, emotional, and physical experiences.

Toni Closa is Avanade Iberia’s Design Lead with an experience of more than 16 years in the field of accessibility & digital design. Previously, he worked as Head of UX & Digital Experience at ILUNION, the ONCE business holding company, a world-renowned institution on accessibility issues, inclusion, and programs for people with disabilities.

Kaisa Lervik is the Nordic Analytics Talent Community Lead in Avanade Norway, and has been with the company for almost 14 years. She has a background as Data Engineer, but now works as an architect and advisor within Data Governance and Management. She is part of operational leader team in Avanade Norway and is leading several I&D initiatives on both European, Nordic and Norwegian level. Since January 2021 she has been co-chair for DiversAbility, the Europe Disability Inclusion Employee Network.
